Answers:
1. Instead of having a mortgage, we offer instalment plans with zero interest. The duration of these plans can be up to 80 months, depending on the project.
2. The average monthly rent ranges from £500 up to £3000 monthly, depending on the size of the unit. Property owners typically require one deposit and annual payments. While some may prefer platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and TripAdvisor for their rentals.
3. We do not ask our customers for anything additional for any project they purchase, except for buying their ticket. We provide our customers with three days of free hospitality, including tours around Cyprus and the projects.
