Job Opportunity: Executive Sales Admin

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage sales-related documents (e.g., contracts, agreements, and transfer documents).
• Support sales team operations, including client and agent coordination and database management.
• Communicate project updates and promotional offers to clients via various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and assist in refining sales strategies.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on sales performance and client engagement.
• Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and internal departments to resolve inquiries or challenges.
• Manage sales materials, such as brochures, business cards, and online content.
Who We’re Looking For
• Primarily for Thai citizens, but exceptional international candidates will be considered if they demonstrate proven ability to bring high-potential clients.
• Visa Requirements for Foreigners: Candidates must possess a valid Non-B visa and work permit.
• If you currently do not have these, Fusion 88 Group specializes in visa services and will assist you in obtaining the necessary documents.
• Multilingual skills (English is essential; Thai, Chinese, or Russian are highly preferred).
• Proven sales achievements in the current year will be a significant advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
