As a Business Development Manager you are responsible for the relationships with Oncology healthcare professionals. You shall drive positive opinions for the scientific and clinical value of our products for patients’ needs, and the adoption of our Immunotherapy products by HCPs:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Act as an expert as stated above for external stakeholders.
- Share scientific data with HCPs, discussing in an objective way.
- Work with HCPs on scientific activities to advance disease understanding.
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Initiate and conduct appropriate staff training and development.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Sales Management experience in pharmaceutical company
- Bachelor's Degree of Pharmacy, Medical Science or related field
- Self-motivated, result & customer oriented, team player and service minded
- Good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill with excellent communication skill
- Good command in written and spoken in Thai and English
- Computer literate - MS Word, Excel, power point
- Car and driving license
