Historic moment at the Inclusive FinTech Forum 2026 in Kigali.

We are proud to announce the signing of a Strategic Partnership MoU between the Africa FinTech Forum and the Horn Finance Initiative.

Under this agreement, Horn Finance Initiative will serve as the Horn of Africa Regional Strategic Partner, while Africa FinTech Forum will act as the Continental Strategic Partner, strengthening collaboration on policy dialogue, fintech investment, and ecosystem development across Africa.

This partnership connects the Horn of Africa’s emerging fintech ecosystem with continental networks, opening new opportunities for innovation, regulatory collaboration, and financial inclusion.

Press Release: Regional Partners Back “World Social Summit” Vision

Horn Finance Initiative and East Africa Job Center have jointly launched a two-year regional action plan (2025–2027) to turn global social development commitments into real results across the Horn of Africa.

The initiative focuses on:

✅ Poverty eradication & social protection through a $10M blended MSME finance facility.
✅ 50,000 job placements for youth, women & persons with disabilities.
✅ Green and digital skills development and fair-work standards.
✅ Inclusive access to finance, technology, and decent employment.

This joint commitment reflects the vision of the Second World Summit for Social Development, reinforcing the Copenhagen Declaration and advancing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development driving real progress in jobs, inclusion, and financial access.
