Landed in SG 11pm+ and straight head for 2 full day course the following day, pretty crazy for me (considering I’m not a morning person) but one of the best decision made.
2 days of golden nuggets from .tee was simply just mind blowing. Met amazing individuals during the boot camp, with their own stories ..
Age is truly not the factor when it comes to learning. When you have 40+ seniors and managerial, director level people upgrading alongside you, it’s eye opener.
One part that I remember strongly - as we grow more and bigger, we can create more impact and value add more people. Just like a big pebble making waves 🌊
That’s what I aim and strive to be, make a difference in more people lives.
