As Nanyang Technological University, Singapore’s financial literacy partner for the Care, Serve, Learn (CSL) curriculum, we are equipping students with practical life skills that extend beyond the classroom.

The inaugural launch event, held on 5 September 2026, was attended by Low Yen Ling, Senior Minister of State for Culture, Community and Youth, and Trade and Industry

Through the Skills2Serve curriculum, a new cross-sector learning platform, over 300 students will learn key financial concepts such as budgeting, resource planning and informed financial decision-making, helping them make a meaningful impact in the community while preparing for the future.

Alongside our valued partners CPF Board, IMDA, Star Horizon and Bethel Chambers LLC, we're empowering the next generation to make informed financial decisions and create positive change.

Protect yourself from scams! 🚨 Scammers may impersonate banks, government agencies, telcos, businesses, company executives or trusted individuals to trick you into transferring money or sharing sensitive information. They may target personal and corporate banking accounts, payment cards and digital wallets.

⚠️ Be cautious if you encounter:

• Promises of high or guaranteed returns.
• Unsolicited calls, messages, emails, or social media offers.
• Pressure to act urgently or keep transactions confidential.
• Requests for OTPs, passwords, banking credentials, card details, or transaction approvals.
• Requests to transfer funds to unfamiliar accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or third parties.
• Sudden changes to supplier, vendor, or beneficiary payment instructions.

✅ Before you act:

• Verify the request through official channels.
• Independently confirm payment instructions and account details.
• Never share your OTPs, passwords, banking credentials, or card information.
• Read the bank notification or transaction authentication message before you act.
• Stop and think before making any payment or approving any transaction.

If in doubt, stop and check with your bank immediately. Call our Fraud Hotline 62550160 if unsure. Activate Money Lock on UOB TMRW app to protect your account balances by restricting unauthorised withdrawal from being made on your account.
