-All prices indicated are in Singapore dollar (SGD)
-All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes.
-We will ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information wa
s entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
-All items sold are brand-new inclusive of their original tag
-Please be aware that there may be a slight variation in colours and texture between the actual item and shown due to poor lighting effects thus there will be no exchanges or refund allowed for colours and texture differences.
-Pictures shown are all taken in real life backdrop thus items might differ from the original due to the contrast, colours and flash.
-We made every effort to display the exact colours and tone of our product that appears on the website. However as the actual colours and tone you see will depend on your monitor resolution, thus we cannot guarantee that the colour and tone will reflect on your product upon arrival. 2. After we received your order, we’ll send a confirmation mail back to you before you make your payment at the nearest ATM by bank transfer or iBanking.
3. When payment is made, do take a picture of the receipt as a proof of payment done, before you’ll received another mail/text stating that your order have been process and will be send out for postage (Postage will be done daily at ___ pm. After we post out the parcels, you will be receiving a Tracking No to track your item location and when it will be out for delivery.
*All item will be delivered in 2-4 Working Days ( Saturday/Sunday are non-working days)
Things to take note
Registered Mail is FREE, So you could be able to track your items without worrying when/where is it. You will be given a tracking number to track your parcel (E.g. RR672819092SG)
In case of any wrong Tracking Number given, do email to [email protected] inform us. Just in case you are not at home and delivered is made, the Delivery Staff would leave a collection slip @ your door step for you to pick the parcel up at your nearest Post Office. Alternatively, if your parcel doesn’t reach your place on time, please contact us at [email protected]
Delivery to Doorstep is available only if order are more than 5 pieces
What’s more it is FREE also. If you do not have a bank account, please use a cash deposit machine at any POSB branch. We will require you to keep your receipt and send us a photo of the receipt for our reference. Please be honest, do not cheat on us! Return and Exchange policy
Our Exchange Policy is applicable only under the circumstance that we have sent out a defective or wrong item. In order to qualify for an exchange, refund, apparels must be returned unworn and unwashed and in its original condition, together with the invoice. Exchanges, refund are accepted within 10 days from shipped date. We will only do a on the same item for the defective merchandiseIn the event that the item you originally purchased has sold out, and we are unable to process an exchange for you, customer can choose to exchange for any item from current collection / past collection or store credit. How to exchange? Please email to [email protected] indicating the receipt number together with the pictures of the defective found on the item for us to verify to ensure that it is suitable for a exchange before mailing the product back to us. In the event that the item you originally purchased has sold out, and we are unable to process an exchange for you, customer can choose to exchange for any item from current collection / past collection or store credit. Customers will bear full consequences in ensuring that the defective product is mailed back to us packed and sealed securely. Resplendent.SG will not be held responsible for any lost mails which is returning to us. All products to be returned must reach Resplendent.SG within 7 days from the date of agreement to exchange. All agreements to exchange will be deemed expired and void if not returned within this duration. Items mailed back to Resplendent.SG without prior verification and confirmation will not be entertained.
