“I bumped into a lot of hurdles when I enter parenthood. It can be a roller coaster ride for your pocket and personal self.

Being a Mom had strengthened me as it is something no achievements can replace or money can buy to experience. It only belongs to you & the responsibility holds to you as well.

Entering parenthood can be tough and emotional but seeing the smile of your children is something indescribable. The day our kids laid into our arms onto this world with the hardest push and scar that every Mother has a different story to tell.

My labour had me carry a urinal bag with a catheter inserted down under throughout the whole of my confinement. I had difficulty standing up unlike others who healed quickly. Once a week, I spent the whole day for follow ups from seated on a wheelchair to standing up waddling like a duck. I thought to myself, is this the kind of pain how all women have to go through?

Life is unpredictable. Who knew pressure of baby head can result in serious issue of not being able to urinate. No one ever told me that this could happen, not even my gynae.

To have given up sleep to nurse them, given up our chances of having to work through our prime years. Selfless love had unknowingly put aside the needs, desires, and sometimes, the wants of the person whom I love ahead of my own. It also means making hard choices for someone else.

We should all reach out for one another and of course let’s all not forget to also self-care even when we’ve given our time to our family.

With another Mother planning ahead with you, you can anticipate better and I am glad to be able to help more Mothers and families out there and share my experience with them.”

I’ve learn of this only recently that Isaiah may have fronting problem with speech and this usually happens between age 3-5.

So what exactly is fronting in speech?
Simple to say, with fronting problem this means that a child might say 'tea' instead of 'key' or say 'tar' instead of 'car.'

It might be funny when I hear him speak certain words but with fronting problem it does not mean he will have this problem for life or neither does he have a short tongue. I decided to keep this as a post to remember special moments I’ve had with him as well as for you to know there’s such a thing around. So if you see him around, do not tease him of his speech but help me out to encourage him to pronounce it better.
