[Urgency in Retirement Planning]

Generally, It takes an average of 40 years from age 20 to age 60 to accumulate our wealth in order that we can retire comfortably from 60 to 80.

For those us in our early 40s,
I cannot emphasize enough on the urgency for you to curate your own retirement .

Hi, there....
Have you known of anyone who, in his retirement years, do not have sufficient funds to even last for more than a month ?

Just yesterday I visited my mother and I met our old neighbour who had just retired.

He was staring at his bank statement in great disbelief with his eyes were all welled up and some tears streaking down his cheeks.

Out of concern, I approached him to check if everything was alright and he stammered and said :

"Every...everything is alright.... just that i only... only have enough money to cover my expenses till end of this month”

A simple lesson here we learn is how we our sow our seeds of retirement today will determine what we will reap during our twilight years.

The best time to plan for our Retirement is
20 years ago AND the NEXT BEST time to plan for it is NOW.
