2. Illegal activities are prohibited. Any participation, suggestion, or endorsement of illegal acts will result in an immediate ban across China Taiping SG’s social media pages. This includes the breaking of any rules or regulations of any Social Media Site (Facebook, WeChat). China Taiping SG reserves the right to edit or remove such posts from its page
3. Spamming is prohibited. China Taiping SG reserves the right to remove any material, comments, or posts that are: Unrelated to China Taiping SGOf the same message posted multiple times across different posts
4. No solicitation or unsolicited advertisement. China Taiping SG may remove any material, comments, or posts with personal or commercial solicitation from its page. By accessing, viewing, and/or posting content related directly or indirectly to China Taiping SG on any social media channels, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the aforementioned rules.
5. We will not use, collect or disclose personal data without prior consent, we recognize both the need to protect individuals’ personal data and the need of organizations to collect, use or disclose personal data for legitimate and reasonable purposes.
6. We will cease to retain documents containing personal data, or to remove the means by which the personal data can be associated with particular individuals, as soon as the purpose for which the personal data was collected is no longer served by the retention of the personal data, and retention is no longer necessary for business or legal purposes. The information provided on our social media pages is for informational purposes only. Nothing on China Taiping SG’s social media pages should be construed as solicitation, offer, advice, recommendation, or any other service to acquire or dispose of any investment or to engage in any other investment or transaction.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR "CAPTURE THE PERFECT FAMILY MOMENT” CONTEST
The Contest requires participants to post a comment, photo, or video link in the comments field of an image post (“Contest Post”) published by China Taiping Singapore on its page. This Contest is organized by China Taiping Insurance (Singapore) Pte. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you ( the contestant ) and China Taiping Insurance (Singapore) Pte. (B) Eligibility
1) This Contest is open to persons who, on 1st June 2022, are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
2) Multiple entries are allowed.
3) Only Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents may apply. (C) Mechanics of the Contest
1) The Contest starts from 1st June 2022, 0800 hours and ends on 30th June 2022, 2359 hours (“Contest Period”).
2) Participants are required to send in their entries via the comments field on China Taiping Singapore page.
3) China Taiping Singapore will, in its sole and absolute discretion, pick up 3 winners of the "Capture the perfect family moment" Contest and will contact the participants for his/her details. China Taiping Singapore will announce the winner(s) via Facebook messenger from the China Taiping Singapore page. The winner will be announced on 3rd June 2022.
4) China Taiping Singapore reserves the right to amend these rules or terminate the contest at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made by the China Taiping Singapore under these rules shall be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entertained. China Taiping Singapore may, but is not required to, justify any decisions relating to this contest.
5) The Contestant acknowledges that the interest and good reputation of China Taiping Singapore is of paramount importance. China Taiping Singapore reserves the right to disqualify a Contestant from the contest or to withdraw the prize if it believes the Contestant is in breach of its obligations under the rules. The Contestant shall not by act or omission, directly or indirectly bring the Organiser into disrepute.
6) Within 3 days ( 72 hours ) from the notification, each winner is required to submit his/her -- full name (as in NRIC), NRIC no ( last 4 digits ), email address, and contact details for verification purposes through the communication channel provided in the notification, in order to claim the prize.
7) Any winner who does not respond with the information as required in the above clause within the stipulated time period of 3 days ( 72 hours ) from the date of notification will forfeit his/her rights to the prize.
8) China Taiping Singapore reserves the right to select a reserve participant to replace any winner subsequently disqualified.
9) The participant's consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) (“Act”) to the collection, use, and disclosure of the participants’ personal data by/to the organizers, promoters, or conductors of the Contest and such other third party for the purpose of administering the Contest and the participants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the China Taiping Singapore Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by China Taiping Singapore from time to time. 10) Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for China Taiping Singapore, it's advertising and promotional agencies to use any of the Winner’s names, and/or likeness and their winning entries for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
11) Prizes are awarded “as is” and the organizers make no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, in any respect as to the prizes. The organizers, its affiliates, and service providers accept no responsibility and shall not be liable for any and all damages, costs, expenses, claims, or losses of any kind that a winner may incur as a result of a defect in any of the prizes or in connection with any entrant participating in the contest. Entrants shall indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, its affiliates, and service providers from any loss or damages resulting from his breach of these terms and conditions. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
12) This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.
13) The organiser’s decision is final.
