Latest Property Cooling Measure from the 30th of September 2022.
1) TDSR computation 4% (from previous 3.5%)
2) HDB LTV becomes 80% (from 85%)
3) Wait out a period of 15 months after disposal of private residential property before eligible to buy a non-subsidized resale HDB (not applicable to those aged 55 and above)
