I have created this page in dedication to all my Associates who have shared their life journey with me in having all the fun, joy, happiness and success during our 19 years of journey since Philip Chua & Associates was first founded in 2000. Many of us joined the financial services industry with a simple goal- To make a difference to people's lives and in turn have a better, meaning
ful life ourselves. Over the years, we have put in our best effort in this challenging business and we have managed to overcome many tough challenging times together. Many of them joined me when they are much younger and I'm happy to see most of them have transformed into a more successful individual and have a happy family. Special thanks to all my associates who have been with me more than 10 years:
My wife, Chen Yiwen, who have always been so supportive of me when I decided to move up as a leader in 2000. She never fails to give me a pull when I'm down and a push when I'm up. She was one of the first 4 associates who joined me when I was moving up as a leader in 2000. My Sister, Christina Chua, also one of the first 4 associates who joined me in 2000. Being one of my current managers, she has always been one of my pillars helping out in management of the whole team and putting things in place. Her candidness never fails to motivate and inspire the whole team during challenging times. One of my pioneer associates who joined me in 2001. Despite the fact that she left in 2007 due to some misunderstanding, one of the best things that happened to us was that she rejoined us in 2010. We have never looked backed since then, for we know we can have a more successful working relationship moving forward and she has been a great inspiration to my whole team since then. My younger "sister" in business, Yen Ho. When Philip Chua & Associates was founded in 2000, I thanked this girl for willing to become my secretary and helped me in all kinds of agency management matters. She is capable, resourceful and managed to take alot of headaches out of my initial years of agency management. She decided to quit as my secretary and became my associate in 2003 and I'm happy for her as she qualified for her Million Dollar Club for the past few years. She also helped referred Brad Pang, now one of my successful managers into the organisation in 2004 and I'm grateful to her for that since today. My Manager, Brad Pang- A hardworking man who is willing to go all the ways for his friends and clients. He was also the reason that my MDRT qualifier, Lie Yun came back and rejoined the team in 2010. A happy father and a successful manager, he is also currently one of our organisation's main pillars, ensuring harmony in all our organisation's working relationships
One of my most persevered FSCs to-date, May Feng. Despite her barrier in communicating in English, this women never says die and she is always willing to embrace changes and work double hard to achieve her success in the business. I'm happy to see her qualifying for major company's incentive trip and her Million Dollar Club in 2014. The 02 Men who joined in 2004 and never quit to become successful- Granville Chen & Sofian Tamara. Granville and Sofian joined in the same years and have been through challenging times with the team. They are very cooperative team players and have always contributed their parts to the organisation's pinnacle club achievements over the years. I'm happy to see them achieving their Million Dollar Club qualifications for the past few years in our organisation. I will also like to thank all my ex-associates who have joined the team and contributed to the success to the team along the journey. Many are successful in their own ways and I'm definitely happy for them and will like to give my blessing to them. Not forgetting all my existing associates, Joanne, Tiffany, Jessica, Jovin, Liyana, Betty and Melvin- I will also like to thank them for trusting their career with us and seeing them all achieving what they want in the business will be the most rewarding fulfillment in my life.
