SONIC SAVINGS' Privacy Policy
INTRODUCTION
SONIC SAVINGS ("SS”, “we” or “us”) takes the privacy of your information seriously. This Privacy Policy applies to the SONIC SAVINGS' page (the “Facebook”) and governs data collection, processing, and usage in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) of Singapore (“PDPA”).
By submitting the Facebook Lead Form, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Service.

SONIC SAVINGS serves as a marketing platform for related services of which the information listed is available through open sources.
All sharing of product knowledge, information of financial products and sales are solely administered by the licensed representatives of our valued partners.
SONIC SAVINGS is an introducer and not a distributor of all insurance company (not limited to AXA Singapore, Great Eastern Life, GEFA, Manulife Financial Advisory, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Limited (“Prudential”)) products. SONIC SAVINGS cannot give advice or provide any recommendation on any products or arrange any contract of insurance in respect of life policies, other than to the extent of carrying out introducing activities. SONIC SAVINGS may receive a fee from any sale of insurance products through the introduction and will disclose the fee if required by you.
INFORMATION USE & COLLECTED
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you. By furnishing us your personal information, you are giving explicit and full consent to SONIC SAVINGS, affiliates, Partners and subsidiaries to use your information for our marketing purposes and carrying out our Service in accordance with The Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Partners
All information collected will be handed over to our partners (also known as Community Agents) to contact you for a sharing session on a personal finance topic of your choice. By signing up for our free booklets, surveys and sessions, you consent to providing your data to us and our partners for communication purposes including calls, text messages, whatsapp and emails regardless of your registration on the Do-Not-Call (DNC) Registry. Removal of your personal data can be requested by emailing our Data Protection Officer.
