Before Prudential, I was with Zurich Life (Singapore) and Zurich Topas Life (Indonesia) and was gratified to have contributed to a notable 80% growth in channel revenue and 40% increase in new agents' productivity. Prior to that, I’d led a team and executed agency transformations successfully in Guangzhou, China, with increased agency productivity and gained extensive experience in penetrating the high-net worth market, achieving 180% growth in annual revenue and 100% increase in agent case count productivity at Allianz. My 30 years in the insurance business is all about growth in revenue and productivity for the betterment of our clients, agencies and management. I am also fortunate to have stationed across Asia and establish a deep understanding of the High-Net-Worth (HNW) segment. I believe this will be a valuable asset for you and your team.
