Dear members of the general public and our existing clients,
1. It has come to our attention that several people approaching us for our services have claimed to have been wronged or cheated by a company named OurBoss Pte. Ltd (UEN. 202005607N) (hereinafter, “Ourboss”). Many of these people have entered in agreements with Ourboss, where the latter has failed to meet their end of the bargain.
2. We ask any members of the general public, our existing clients, or any person or company reading this announcement, who has been so affected by Ourboss and have a legitimate claim against them or a debt that is owed by them to you, to approach us.
3. We have already compiled a few of our clients’ claims against Ourboss and have begun our debt collection activities against them. As we seek to enforce our respective clients’ claims against Ourboss, if you are an affected party it would be easier and more efficient for your claims to be compiled along with others as we seek to enforce your claims against Ourboss.
4. We are offering this compilation of claims purely to deal with the several mounting claims against Boss, in an efficient manner. However, the compilation of claims will not affect the chronology of claims, i.e. the debts or claims of our respective clients against Ourboss will still be enforced on a first come, first served basis.
