WHERE TO PROPERTY INVEST?

To invest in property you must first understand what is your goal in general. is it to buy to rent? is it just for property price appreciation? or is it for you to just get for yourself or your family.

answer is pretty straightforward:
1. if you're looking to buy to rent look for properties that are preferrably needing work to be done to it and look for 1 which is close to local amenities. it should not be more than 1.5KM from the train or bus service and if possible within 1.5km to a hospital. even close to a shopping mall would have great attention when looking to rent.

2.if just for property apprecieation. look for areas near town in your state or up and coming locations for example places where a mall is going to get build there but isn't built yet so u can get the property for a low price which is great value for your money.

3. if for yourself and family it is pretty straightforward😅, just get what you are comfortable with, but then again always look at location. as if by the time comes for you to sell to move on to the next home u might bag a better appreciation of your property compared to places with less better locations😃.

Property investment tip no.1 : Don't put all your eggs into 1 basket. = meaning don't spend all your money into 1 property when you can split it and just pay 20-30% per property to maintain healthy equity 😃 and control more properties instead of just 1
