How to regain momentum when you've lost it?

(even if you feel you can't do it anymore)

Simple tips to start over again.

1. Bounce back. Whatever happens, you can get up and build momentum again.

It is not good to beat yourself up and not try one more time.

2. Seek guidance. Know the reason why you lost the momentum. Were you not consistent? Were you not accountable to an authority?

Have someone at your back to push you to the next level. Mentors, coaches, and leaders provide guidance, instructions, and encouragement for you to start again.

3. Never lose hope. Hope.

Believe you can finish what you've started. Excel in what you want to accomplish.

Hope is what you need when you think you can't overcome challenges.

4. Set routines. Momentum is built when routines are consistently practiced.

Find the cue, rewards, and proper response to habits. Take it seriously when building your habits.

5. Make progress. Growth happens when there is progress. Level up. Learn more resources. Invest in personal development.

Seeing progress in your life fuels you to regain momentum.

To sum it up:

Regaining momentum is never easy. But it is doable. Try again and never give up. 🙂

Being a Financial Advisor these while, I’ve been repeating emphasising inflation is real and the possibility of hitting as high to 3-4%

However some agree, some don’t

Those agreed, they had leverage from instrument vehicles which able to beat this high inflation rate.

I’m worried for those who didn’t do anything, are you one of them?
