Thankful to be part of the planning team for our 2 days of intensive Mid Year meeting. Now I understand how a group with ordinary people achieves extraordinary results together. Ingredients needed are Trust, Openness, Skills, Knowledge, Leadership, Determination, Creativity, Generosity, Tenacity, Risk-Taking, Speed. These are the basic ingredients that we need to be the TOP.

Just one month in and my direct team broke a record of 34% growth from our BEST month in past years. Super grateful to .juay and .organisation for the best Culture and Environment, the Vision and Guidance needed to help us grow correctly.

I believe this is just the beginning of many big things ahead and I look forward to strive to be the best in what I do here 💪 Let's go!!!
