And unlike other BBQs in the Solomon’s, BBQ KING does NOT use hotplates; therefore, no oil is used in cooking and any natural fat sizzles onto the hot coals creating a healthier tastier meal. For the seafood lovers, we also serve fish steaks that are also grilled using another secret BBQ KING garlic sauce. It costs only $15.00, and if that is not enough, in the near future we will be introducing fresh seafood on ice for you to pick and us to grill! But our pièce de résistance is the famous BBQ KING charcoaled roast chicken that is slowly roasted for one hour over hot coals by rotisserie. The chicken is stuffed with herbs and spices that do not make it over powering, but create that subtly delicious flavour. Come in at lunchtime to taste it straight out of the rotisserie to savour the most succulent roast chicken in the Solomon’s! Whole roast chicken is only $120.00, half roast chicken is $60.00 and ¼ roast chicken is only $30.00. We do NOT fry our food; therefore, all meals can be accompanied with the more expensive Australian grown rice*, local sweet potatoes, cassava, tasty green vegetables or the popular local grown corn with BBQ KING buttery sauce, all of which are only $5.00 a serve. There is a wide variety of drinks to choose from and our quick and easy coffee is also only $5.00. Or for dessert, try a BBQ sweet banana with ice cream**.
