Albawardi CC (256 /2 in 20 overs) won by 78 runs against EI Plus Arabia (179/10 in 16.4 overs) powered by a blitzkrieg knock by Shajeeulla Khan who blasted 153* runs from just 65 balls with 12 towering sixes and 12 fours. While bowling Parvez Khan took 4 wickets for 34 runs in 4 overs.

Albawardi CC won the toss and chose to bat first on a fine afternoon which soon saw a big storm of runs in the form of sixes and fours from none other than our very own Psycho Sixer - Shajeeulla Khan who played an unbelievable innings (nothing new for him) of 153 not out from just 65 balls with the help of 12 huge sixes and 12 fours bombarding EI plus Arabia in each and every over ruthlessly. Other opener Abdul Baseer Irshad was unfortunately runout on 11 runs from 9 balls. But Shajee was well supported by the ever dependable Parvez Khan at 1 down who scored a quick 42 from 29 balls with 1 six and 4 fours. Parvez was out bowled in the 15th over while Shajee continued his blitzkrieg even after his century. Mahir Ullah joined Shajee at the fall of Parvez and tried hard to match up to the pace of shajee and scored 24 from 15. Shajee and Maher remained unbeaten with Albawardi's total reading a mammoth 256/2.

Albawardi's bowling began with a 1st over wicket maiden by the strike bowler Muhsin Khan removing one opener on duck by an amazing running catch by Mahirullah at mid on. From the 2nd over EI plus with their in-form batsmen Saleem Dar ( 51 from 29) and Ziyad ( 57 from 17) changed their batting gears and went on an attacking spree discharging all the pace bowlers for sixes and boundaries and reached the 100 runs mark in the 7th over. Captain Liyaqat Hussain realizing that pace cannot be continued, brought in the spin twins Parvez Khan and Akthar Mohammed. Both the spinners were up for the task and applied brakes to the scoring and started picking up wickets attacking in pair. Parvez ended his spell of 4 overs with 4 crucial wickets and 34 runs and Akthar Mohammed picked up 1 wicket. Saleem Dar was runout by an amazing direct hit by Muhsin Khan with a big throw from the boundary. Another noteable fielding was a well judged catch taken by Liyaqat with his foot just an inch from the boundary rope off Parvez's bowling. Ziyad was out LBW to Parvez. After the spinners were done with their spell, Liyaqat brought in Md Shoaib who responded brilliantly and cleaned up the wagging tail with unplayable yorkers and ended with figures of 1.4 overs - 6 runs - 3 wickets. EI plus were all out on 179 in 16.4 overs.

It was an amazing team effort by Albawardi CC with top order firing at first and then brilliant bowling supported by good fielding throughout.
