Fashion Exchange

General rule.

1. The shape of the EF: pre-order purchases.
2.

FE conducts trading session on the purchase of goods, the fashion industry:
- Clothes for women,
- Men's Clothing,
- Goods,
- Accessories (special status). FE does not carry out PR activities.
3. FE operates in accordance with the wholesale warehouse.
4. FE procures in two stages:
- A preliminary stage (the selection of proposed designs, as well as providing the necessary
documentation on the basi

s of common rules for trading)
- Trading Session (Event verification of pre-orders, signing purchase contracts).
5. FE ensures each participant trading session buying selected goods by the formula (reservation).
6. FE conducts activities eight times a year.
7. FE conducts trading session on the two platforms:
- Trading session,
- Commercial contest.
8. Depending on the applications received, FE may hold additional trading sessions.
9. If you do not provide specified documentation, poor-quality samples, and other specified violations of FE, FE Protocol enters into a period of one month (instead of the procurement contract), then specifies the special conditions.
10. All other special rules of engagement defined and known to each participant.
