OGDCL Announces Record Dividend for FY2024-25

Islamabad, September 23, 2025 — The Board of Directors of Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), in its meeting held today at 11:00 a.m. in Islamabad, approved the Company’s annual financial results for the year ended June 30, 2025, and recommended a final cash dividend of Rs. 5 per share (50%).

This is in addition to the interim dividends already paid at 100.50% (Rs. 10.05 per share) during the year, making it the highest-ever dividend declared by OGDCL.
