Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxation, and financial reporting, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Responsibilities
* Manage Accounts Receivable, including quotations, invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and receivable tracking.
* Handle Accounts Payable, including vendor invoices, payment processing, and reconciliations.
* Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding payments, account statements, and financial matters.
* Maintain accurate accounting records and support daily financial operations.
* Prepare reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
* Assist with taxation and compliance matters, including tax return preparation and related documentation.
* Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and finance tasks.
Requirements
βοΈ 2β3 years of relevant accounting experience
βοΈ Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Management
βοΈ Hands-on experience in taxation and compliance
βοΈ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
XLOOKUP
VLOOKUP
SUMIF / SUMIFS
Pivot Tables
Data Analysis & Reporting
βοΈ Strong communication and organizational skills
βοΈ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
