FBR Update: S.R.O. 800(D)/2026

📢 **FBR Revises Property Valuation**

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued **S.R.O. 644(I)/2026** under the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, replacing earlier notifications.

🔍 **Key Updates:**
• Revised fair market values for properties in Islamabad
• Superstructure rates:
– Rs. 2,500/sq. ft. (up to 5 years)
– Rs. 1,200/sq. ft. (above 5 years)
• Rural valuations remain unchanged
• Higher value will apply in case of discrepancy
