We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Team lead - International Business Development to help us expand our international footprint. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in international business development, with a strong background in utilizing online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and other similar portals. This role is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about building strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving our international growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential clients and partners on online platforms like Upwork, Guru, People Per Hour, Freelancer, Fiverr, Facebook, LinkedIn marketplace, etc., and other relevant portals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in international markets and platforms and accordingly develop them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement business development strategies.
• Negotiate and close international business deals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners. Excellent communication (written and speaking) and comprehension skills in English.
• Strong understanding and knowledge regarding design, digital services, web design, UI / UX, Social Media Design, Graphic Design and web development Etc
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international business development.
• Proven track record of successfully using online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or similar portals to acquire clients or partners.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of international markets and business trends.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Location: Karachi
Shifts: Evening & Night
Timing: 6pm - 3am & 9pm - 6am
Working Days: 5-day work week
Probation: 3 Months
Compensations: Market Competitive Salary + Commissions
