Q1) How to create an Amazon account from Pakistan?
New Method: With the good news of Pakistan being added to the Seller’s list of Amazon’s approved countries, Pakistani residents can now create their accounts using Pakistan’s credentials.
You need the following documents to open an individual account from Pakistan (for North America/European Union/AUS marketplaces):
- Photo ID (Either a Pakistani passport or smart CNIC card scan)
- Bank Statement (any local bank’s latest account statement)
-Utility Bill (only needed when Amazon’s demands)
To shift the individual account to company details, you need to either signup a UK LTD/US LLC or Pakistani SECP registered company.
You will need the following documents of UK LTD/Pakistani Company:
- Incorporation Certificate or Company Registration Document
- Business Bank Statement
- Articles of Association and
- Share Allotment document (IN01)
You need the following information of US LLC:
- EIN number
- Business Bank statement

Ans: No, Pakistan is NOT yet added to the approved sellers' list for UAE/KSA market. You need the documents from one of the listed approved countries. Please see the relevant list at

Q5) If I have signed up US marketplace and now I want to launch in the UK market also, can I?
Ans: Yes, you can activate UK/EU marketplace by using the Sell globally option within your Amazon Seller Central account. Please take help from the 999 team regarding this.

Q7) Selling Plan? What is the difference between Individual and Professional Selling plans?
Ans: Amazon offers two selling plan options: Individual and Professional
i. Individual – Zero monthly fees, a Per-item fee of $0.99 when the item is sold.
ii. Professional – $39.99 Monthly Fee, Zero – Per Item fee
For Amazon FBA PL, Professional Selling Plan is recommended as many key features are available to use such as ERP (Early Reviewer Program), PPC (Pay Per Click), no selling limits, or FBA Stock restrictions.
Q8) Can we attach PayPal with Amazon?
Ans: No. We cannot attach PayPal with an amazon account. However, PayPal may come in handy to make payments to suppliers for goods and services during our FBA PL journey.
Q9) Can we use Wise (formerly known as Transferwise) bank account as a deposit or charge method?
Ans: Yes, so far Wise statements (both personal and business) are acceptable on Amazon. You can use the Wise business debit card as a charging method and bank account details as the deposit method.
Q10) Is there an alternative to the Wise bank account?
Ans: As a substitute to Wise, you may signup a Payoneer business account. Please keep in mind, Payoneer can only be used as a deposit method, but not as a charging method for an Amazon account(in some cases Amazon does accept Payoneer's card as a charging method)
Q11) Which documents are required for Amazon ID Creation for an individual account?
Ans: The requirement for Amazon ID signup varies for each marketplace. Generally, the following documents are required.
a. Passport (with Signature page)/ Driver’s License / Residence Card / Cnic (front and back)
b. Bank Statement / Credit Card Statement
c. Utility Bill (electricity/gas/water/internet/phone)
d. Tax ID
e. Mobile Number
f. Email
Q12) Can we open an Amazon account on Registered Corporation details?
Ans: Yes, we can sign up Amazon Account as an Individual person and as a Corporation (LLC / LTD / INC/ PTY, etc.)
In addition to the documents stated above, you may also require the following documents:
a. Incorporation certificate
b. Corp. Bank statement
c. Corp. Utility Bill
d. Corp Tax ID

e. Article of Association

Q13) I just created a new account and it says Account Deactivated, Confirm Valid Credit Card on file?
Ans: It’s a very common status for all new accounts. You just need to sign in to your account. Click Re-activate my Account, and check the tick box. Upload the Utility bill and click submit.
For Individual sellers, the bill has to be in the person’s name. If the account is created on corporation details; upload the company bill.
Q14) It’s been 48 hours; the Account is still in verification? Or my Account has failed verification.
Ans: If there is no clear reply from amazon regarding which document amazon couldn’t verify, Or Amazon is not replying at all, then we will open a case with Amazon. From the account’s home screen, go to help, and select contact us. Use this appeal. Http://sunnyali.com/noreason. Try not to use the same wording, rephrase it a little, and keep opening 1 case daily. Keep doing it for up to 6 days, if amazon does not reply.
Q15) Account is still in verification, 1 week has passed, opened many cases, Amazon just marks it Answered but gives no reply?
Ans: If there is no reply from amazon after all efforts, we escalate our appeal to the escalation team.
We send them the email from our registered email address. Appeal text is the same as we used to open cases (Http://sunnyali.com/noreason), and We will send 1 email each day, till the team replies to us back.

Q16) Which Account is recommended, an Individual account or a Corporate Account?
Ans: For the North American Marketplace (US, Canada, Mexico), We recommend that you signup for an Individual Seller Account first. Later if you need to upgrade to LLC or Incorporation, it can be done in a few simple steps.
For European marketplaces, we recommend that you create an account based on your legal entity (LTD, PTY, GMBH, etc.) Amazon UK does not allow foreigners to create Individual Accounts. The British nationals may create individual accounts initially, but as soon as you start business activity Amazon UK will restrict your account and ask for Legal Entity details.
Q17) Can we have multiple seller accounts? If we have UK Seller Account can we sell in the US?
Ans: No, Amazon does not allow one person or address to have multiple seller accounts. However, one can sign up for multiple marketplaces.
If one has Amazon UK seller Account, He /She can apply for North America, Japan, and other European countries with the same credentials.
Q18) Is a Joint Bank account statement or Utility Bill an acceptable document?
Ans: Ideally, we should not submit a joint bank account statement or utility bills. If we submit amazon may ask for marriage certificates etc as proof of relation.
Q19) There is a name variation on the identity Document, will that be a problem?
Ans: Yes, the Name and address have to be a 100% match across all documents. Name initials or omissions are not acceptable at all.
