Difference between Block F Multi B17 and Block A Faisal Hills which is better for the long-term?
There are big differences in the Multi B17 block F 5 marla plots and Faisal Hills A block 5 marla plots.
First is the difference in location.
F block is located 4 Km from the main G.T road, and Faisal Hills A block is located 1.5 km from the main G.T road.
The second difference is the prices.
In Faisal Hills 5 marla regular plot in a good location is average of 6 million.
While the Multi B17 F block has an average rate of 5 marla plot is above 7 million.
The 3rd difference is the infrastructure of the two projects.
Faisal Hills is designed with modern architecture and design, while F block multi is an old development.
Faisal Hills has placed remarkable facilities on its grounds, like educational institutions, parks, and wide roads.
In my opinion, I would prefer to purchase a plot for myself in Faisal Hills A block or executive block rather than in F block B17.
