Tcewac ( Tarlac Citizens Eyewatch Against Crime ) be the eyes and ears in our community At present, we have more than 1,000 VOLUNTEER MEMBERS, throughout Tarlac Province.

The Tarlac Citizen’s Eye Watch Against Crime (TCEWAC) , a non-profit, non-stock and non-government organization with Securities and Exchange Commission Registration No. CN200900500 dated 20 January 2009, was organized by peace loving citizens of our beloved province to act as crime-deterrent in order to achieve peace and prosperity in Tarlac. Tarlac Citizen's Eye Watch Against Crime (TCEWAC) is a

crime deterrent organization that provides vital information to our law enforcers. This is made possible through close coordination to all our law enforcement agencies; Philippine National Police (PNP), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Local Government Units (LGU's), the military group in the province, etc.; and also, by establishing a command communication network using radios, cellular phones, landlines and internet. The organization is composed of volunteers from the different sectors in the community recruited to carry the task of informing the police whenever there is a crime, accident, fire and violation of environmental protection. Tarlac Citizen's Eye Watch Against Crime (TCEWAC) was accredited by the Philippine National Police (PNP), as a partner in maintaining peace and order. They will train our VOLUNTEER MEMBERS on data gathering, message sending and basic surveillance for suspected criminals as provided in a Memorandum of Agreement signed by both parties on June 25, 2011.

MAN FOUND DEAD AT TARLAC IRRIGATION

LOOK: A man was found dead in an irrigation at the boundary of Barangays Dalayap and Tariji in Tarlac City on Thursday morning, August 31.

As per local eyewitnesses, authorities cleared the body from the scene and are currently investigating the incident.

As of this writing, the person still remains unidentified.
