Construction updates 6.8.19. We are fully rented out for phase 2. Backlog in installaton of i.t. services. Finishing touches on last three warehouse spaces. Minor roadworks issues and stp system is slowly being setup. 4 vaccancies available with phase 1 warehouses. We are still accepting tenants. =) @ Warehouse Corporate Park

Almost done.. a few finishing touches and we are good to go. IT team to go in for cctv camera installation. Still waiting for Laguna water to finish their job. Tenants have already started moving in and there is still no water supply. Thank you in advance for your prompt cooperation. We also need the water supply for s.t.p. testing.
