“Life insurance? Hindi ko pa kaya. Next time na lang ‘yan.”
I get it.
Bills. Tuition. Pang-araw-araw.
Life is already expensive.
But let me say this, gently but truthfully:
👉 Insurance isn’t a luxury for the rich. It’s a necessity for those they’d leave behind.
I remember one story of his colleague's early clients—a tricycle driver in Pangasinan.
Three kids. One wife. Zero savings.
But he had this quiet conviction.
He said, “Wala akong yaman na maiiwan, pero kahit papano, gusto kong may kapalit ang pagmamahal ko.”
He got a small plan—bare minimum—but he was proud.
Five years later, he passed away in an accident.
And when he visited his family to deliver the check, his wife hugged him through tears and said,
“Hindi man siya nakapagpatayo ng bahay, pero sa planong ‘yan, nakapagpatuloy sa pag-aaral ang mga anak namin.”
💔 That’s when he realized:
It’s not about how much you have.
It’s about how much you care.
The idea that insurance is a luxury is a dangerous lie.
Because if you think it's expensive now—imagine the cost of having nothing when it’s needed the most.
So if you love your family…
Don’t wait until you’re “rich enough.”
Start with what you can.
Because protection is built, not bought in one go.
