Based on our experienced,
we had a condo unit,
a house and lot that we applied for the home loan approval.
The bank charges include the MRI or Mortgage Redemption Insurance.
For a home loan amounting to almost Php5,000,000 on the first year MRI fee is more or less Php18,000.

Instead po paying it every year, glad that we had our own life insurance policy. The insurance company issue a certified document and the bank is our contigent beneficiary.
And the good thing is when we finished paying our home loan we had a savings for future needs.

If life uncertainties happen to the borrower, the insurance company will pay our home loan balance and the remaining proceeds will be given to our immediate beneficiaries.

My client underwent a laparoscopic surgery due to gallstones.

It was an unforeseen events, he was brought to the emergency room experiencing severe abdominal pain and cannot tolerate his back pain.
