What should coops prepare before an audit? 🧾
Before the audit starts, it helps to make sure your records are complete, updated, and easy to review.
For cooperatives, this may include financial statements, books of accounts, receipts, disbursement records, bank statements, minutes of meetings, membership records, and other supporting documents related to your coop’s transactions.
The goal is simple: make it easier to verify the records and avoid delays during the audit process.
Hindi kailangan mag-panic kapag audit season na.
When your documents are organized early, the process becomes clearer, smoother, and less stressful for everyone involved 😊
At RZE Accounting, we have a CDA-accredited auditor and we help cooperatives prepare their audit documents step by step.
