Terms and Condition

1. Buyer can apply for lot reservation based on the following selling price
PD 957 – OPEN MARKET (Phase 1 and 2)

2. Lot reservation shall be on a “first come – first serve”
3. Lot reservation is confirmed only upon payment of reservation deposit of Ten thousand pesos (P10,000.00) per lot.
4. Payment terms :
- Cash basis – a cash discount equivalent to 3% shall be given to those who can make full payment within thirty (30) days from payment of reservation deposit of P10,000.00. Cash discount will be deducted from the final schedule of payment are as follows:
- Reservation deposit of P10,000.00 (non-refundable)
- 30% down payment (net of reservation deposit) -payable within 90 days, which can be paid in three(3) monthly amortizations.
- 70% balance – payable in equal monthly amortization with a maximum term of 5 years at 16% interest per annum. Interest rate may change depending on the prevailing lending rate of banks/financing institutions.
