ATTENTION TDP GRANTEES!
Please read carefully!!
The Second Batch Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) Refund Distribution will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, 9am to 3pm at Finance Department.
📌Check the attachment to verify your name.
Refund Requirements:
1. Photocopy of your School ID or ANY valid ID (with signature on the ID) (4 copies) with three (3) specimen signatures in BLUE INK.
2. Bring a blue ballpoint pen.
Reminder:
If you would like to designate an authorized representative (immediate family only) to act on your behalf. Kindly present the following requirements:
1. Duly signed Authorization letter that matches the signature in the accompanying valid ID. (4 copies)
2. Photocopy of the valid ID (with signature on the ID) of the representative & Grantee. (4 copies each)
Follow the dress code:
🚫 Not allowed: shorts, ripped jeans, plunging necklines, slippers, or crop tops.
