A great executive assistant is worth 10 employees. Here’s why:

1. Inbox: They own 100% of it.
2. Calendar: You should never touch it again.
3. Travel: Flights, hotels, travel times all handled.
4. Communication: Daily syncs, closing loops on auto-pilot.

Stop doing $25/hr work so you can focus on $10,000/hr work.

‼️ RESIGNING WITHOUT A BACKUP IS NOT IMPULSIVE — IT’S INFORMATION

“If someone quits without a backup,
The job wasn’t challenging.
It was toxic and unbearable.”

That decision doesn’t come from recklessness.
It comes from reaching a breaking point.

Here’s what it usually reveals:

💔 The pain of staying became unbearable
When someone chooses financial stress over stability, it means staying was already costing them more — mentally, emotionally, or physically.

🧠 Mental and emotional burnout
People don’t walk away from peace.
They walk away when the job is slowly destroying it.

💬 A workplace where voices don’t matter
When concerns are dismissed, minimized, or ignored, employees stop speaking — and eventually, they stop showing up.

🧭 Leadership blind spots
When resignation comes as a “surprise,” it usually means warning signs were ignored.
Strong leaders notice early. Weak systems react late.

🌪️ A toxic culture disguised as “resilience”
Calling survival “grit” doesn’t make it healthy.
It just normalizes harm.

🔍 The takeaway
When someone resigns without another job lined up, don’t judge the employee — examine the environment.

The goal isn’t just to keep people employed.
It’s to build workplaces people don’t feel the need to escape from.

What do you think pushes someone to finally choose uncertainty over staying?

Last night, I came across a post where someone shared her frustration about not getting shortlisted. I didn’t plan anything—I just left a comment and offered to help by taking a quick look at her resume and see what could be improved.

Fast forward to today… OMG, I’m honestly overwhelmed by the number of messages I received asking me to review resumes.

Thank you for the trust. It humbles me knowing that many of you are open to feedback, willing to learn, and brave enough to ask for help. That alone already says so much about your drive and character.

Because of that, I’ve decided to come up with a guide on how you can strengthen your CVs. Stay tuned!

To those who sent PMs,
I’d like to kindly ask for a little understanding if it takes me a while to reply to each one of you. I want to make sure I thoroughly review your CVs, and I also have clients to support and some personal errands at home. Rest assured, I’ll take a look as soon as I can and share my personal take.

To God be the glory.
May the Lord bless each of you with clarity, confidence, and success in your journeys 🤍

Since I’ve been seeing a lot of incidents on my newsfeed about lost phones, I’m saving this and resharing it for everyone’s reference.

This is specifically for iPhone users.
Please make sure you know the basic steps to secure your device in case it gets lost or stolen—such as enabling Find My, securing your Apple ID, and protecting your personal data.

Sharing this for awareness and safety. Stay alert and keep your iPhone protected.

“Kaya ang hirap respetuhin ng mga bakla!”

Netizens are furious!
A member of the LGBTQIA+ community was caught treated the Sto Niño feast like a nightclub, showing private part, sparking outrage online.

Respect for our traditions isn’t optional.

You, what’s your thought about this behavior?

This post will be our go-to Baguio guide 🍃

We’ll be constantly updating this with places we personally recommend especially for those who are traveling with their furbabies — food spots, stores, transients, and destinations you can actually consider when visiting Baguio.

Only sharing what’s up to our standards, nothing below.

Baguio has been our favorite place for the past few years. We truly love staying here twice or thrice a year. The people are warm and hospitable, and we’ve always felt safe—until today.

While our car was parked at the outside parking area of Moldex, we discovered that our reverse camera was taken, leaving only the exposed wiring behind.

We want to be clear that we are not seeking accountability from the property or its management. In fact, we sincerely appreciate the security team’s immediate response. They promptly reviewed the CCTV footage starting from the last time we used the car and even took proactive steps by deciding to reposition their cameras to avoid blind spots. Their professionalism and concern mean a lot to us.

This post is also not about the value of the item. What we are hoping for is accountability from the person who chose to take something that did not belong to them. Small actions reflect character, and honesty should never be taken lightly.

“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.”
— Luke 16:10 (NIV)

To fellow car owners:
With what’s left of the wiring, is replacing a reverse camera something we can do ourselves, or would it be better to bring the car to a shop?
