Dinah Palatino-Baluyut on the year 1984 after she has successfully passed the CPA Licensure Examination in the same year. It started as a small business and just a practice of her profession but as the years passed by from one client it grew. The accounting is more like a passion for her that’s why she continues it up until now. It offers services to the clients such as bookkeeping and other accou

nting services that a business would practically need. It’s very first client was “Pampanguena Carinderia” located at Helen Tan Plaza Building, Rizal Avenue, Puerto Princesa City, it offers the best pancit palabok at that time. It was owned by Prudential Customs General Manager- Carmelito C. Dinah Palatino-Baluyut, CPA was one of the first student of Palawan Teachers College or now known as Palawan State University along with his brother Primo Domingo M. Palatino, CPA to successfully pass the prestigious Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination. They are called pioneers of the said course. The business started with only one person which is her now with the fast growing need of accounting requirements, it handles more than five employees. It is located at the heart of the City of Puerto Princesa where it can cater a lot of people in need of such services.
