🌿🇮🇳 My Ayurveda journey officially begins!

On July 15, I started my very first Ayurveda treatment in Kerala, India—and by perfect timing, it was also the first day of Ayurveda Month!✨

I came to Kerala not just to travel, but to personally experience the authentic healing tradition that has been practiced here for over 5,000 years. As someone who loves sharing meaningful travel experiences, I wanted to see for myself why people from all over the world come here for Ayurveda.

This is Day 1of my wellness journey at **Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort**. Follow along as I share the treatments, the culture, and everything I learn along the way! 🌴💚
