420th Supply Wing Multi-Purpose Cooperative 420SW Multi-purpose Cooperative brings BETTER BENEFITS to our members.... To encourage thrift and saving mobilization among members;

The goals of this cooperative is to help improve the quality of life of its members and in furtherance thereto shall aim:

1. To promote cooperative as a way of life for improving the social and economic well – being of the people;
3. To actively support the government and other concerned organizations, both local and foreign, in promoting cooperatives as a practical means towards sustainable soci

o-economic development under a truly and just democratic society;
4. To institutionalize a dynamic savings mobilization and capital build-up schemes to sustain its developmental activities and long term investments, thereby ensuring optimum economic benefits to the members, their families and the general public;
5. To draw, make, accept, endorse, guarantee, execute and issue promissory notes, mortgages, bill of exchange, drafts, warrants, certificates and all kinds of obligation and instruments in connection with and in furtherance of its business;
6.To issue bonds, debentures and other obligations of the cooperative to contract indebtedness and to secure the same with mortgage or deed of trust, or pledge or lieu on any or all of the real and personal properties of the cooperative;
7. To acquire facilities, either by or through construction, purchase, lease, bequest or donation from local or foreign source;
8. To adopt such other plans as may help foster the welfare of the members, their families and the community; and
9. To implement policy guidelines that will ensure the transparency, equitable access to its resources and services, and promote the interest of the members.

About the International Day of Cooperatives - Celebrated worldwide for more than a century and officially proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly on the centenary of the ICA in 1995, the International Day of Cooperatives is annually commemorated on the first Saturday of July.
