ctober 14, 1997, and upgraded into ISO 9001:2015 versions in February 2018. As a nature-loving company, FSI gives equal importance to business conduct and environmental protection. Taking this commitment to international standards led to the implementation of a structured Environmental Management System and was granted ISO 14001 certification in October 1999. Because FSI values people as its most important asset, its human resources' health and safety are its utmost concern. It is committed to upholding the highest standards of Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace. To ensure its implementation, the Company adopted a system aligned to OHSAS 18001, for which certification was obtained in November 2001. The Mill is located on a 17-hectare property in Mabalacat, Pampanga, approximately 87 kilometers away from Manila and about 15 minutes drive from Clark Field. The Mill is operating 3 shifts, 24 hours a day. FSI uses 100% recycled paper as raw materials. To ensure a steady and reliable supply of raw materials, the company established tie-ups with major wastepaper dealers/suppliers here in the Philippines. The bulk of FSI production is Chipboards and FSI also produces Corrugating Medium which is delivered in jumbo rolls to its customers who are mostly converters. QUALIFICATIONS

College Undergraduate or Vocational Course Graduate
NC II (TESDA Certification) holder
2-year or 4-year course graduate
BS Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering (for technical roles)
