Some shoes are not simply dirty or worn out—they have reached a point where the materials have already deteriorated with age.

This branded Louis Vuitton shoe came to us with a severely deteriorated and crumbling midsole, where the material had already started to powderize and break apart. At first glance, it looked like the shoe had reached the end of its life.

But restoration is about more than just cleaning. It is about understanding the material, carefully removing the damaged areas, rebuilding what can be restored, and bringing the shoe back to a presentable and wearable condition.

Through careful restoration work, we managed to bring this pair back to life—giving it a renewed appearance and preserving as much of its original character as possible.
