Confederal Project is majority owned by Filipino citizens as required by the Philippine laws for entities engaged in land-based manpower supply. The Company is currently owned jointly by Maria E. Vincent & Nelfa Militar with 35% shareholdings, Wilfredo Bustamante with 5.% shareholdings, and a Japanese named Takaaki Sasaki with 25% shareholdings. Membership
