1. Osteoarthritis
Osteoarthritis is also one of the most common musculoskeletal diseases. This is a condition of damage to the articular cartilage and subchondral bone, accompanied by an inflammatory response and a reduction in the amount of joint fluid.
Osteoarthritis progresses slowly and is common in middle-aged and older people (about 50 years old). In particular, women have a higher rate of this disease than men due to hormonal changes and the process of childbirth. Osteoarthritis cannot be completely cured, but it can slow the progression of the disease.
