Learn to faithfully tithe, save and budget your finances BUT also learn to rely on God by asking โLord, how do you want me to use these resources youโve given me for your glory?โ
If you have debts to pay, strategically settle them. If Hindi mo alam paano get someone who can plan with you in zeroing them out or in managing them properly. And pray for Godโs grace to help you eliminate them.
If you have bills to pay, pay them on time. Ask God for the grace to help you budget your money properly so that it will go where it needs to go.
If you donโt have an emergency fund, build them little by little. Having an emergency fund doesnโt mean we donโt trust God, it simply means we are trusting God as we save so that if emergencies happen, meron tayong mapapagkunan and that becomes a blessing to our loved ones.
If you are earning little or much, keep tithing. Because even the money we earn is Godโs and not entirely our own. Tithing means we are putting our trust in God about our finance so we can fully rely on Him on what He wants to accomplish with it.
That gives us the freedom to be thankful and be generous.
Be wise. Know the practical ways to handle Godโs resources yet also let God do His miracle.
At the end of the day, in wisdom and faith the goal is to honor Him even with our personal finance.
