Sir Freddie started his RFC journey as a Loans Clerk, where he spent five years building his skills in discipline, customer service, and responsibility.

After five years, his dedication opened the door to becoming a Regional Supervisor. When the COVID-19 pandemic brought unexpected challenges and the region closed, RFC gave him another opportunity to grow as an SME AO, a role he embraced for three years. But his journey didn’t stop there. Through dedication, perseverance, and malasakit, another opportunity came bringing him back to his roots as the Regional Supervisor of WVR. 11 years, different roles, countless challenges, one RFC journey.

His story proves that when you stay committed and continue to grow, opportunities will always find their way. 💪
