Sir Apollo has been with RFC since May 2021 and plays an important role in ensuring that the organization remains aligned with regulatory standards set by agencies such as but not limited to the SEC, AMLC, and the National Privacy Commission.

By working closely with different departments, he helps ensure that policies, processes, and operations adhere to applicable laws and standards. He also conducts compliance trainings for both new and existing employees, reinforcing awareness and responsibility in everyday work.

Through his efforts, Sir Apollo helps strengthen a culture of accountability, trust, and integrity across the organization—proving that doing things the right way is essential to building a strong and sustainable company.

His story reminds us that when we uphold standards with consistency and purpose, we create a foundation that supports long-term success.

Sir Lloyd began his journey at Radiowealth Finance in 2002 as a janitor in the Tagum Branch, patiently waiting for the opportunity to officially join the organization. In November 2004, he was hired as a Loans Clerk in Butuan, where he took a leap of faith despite being far from his family.

After a year, he transferred to the newly opened Panabo Branch, where his career continued to grow. Through determination, hard work, and the guidance of his mentors, he steadily rose from Loans Clerk to CCI, to AO (CSS), and eventually to Branch Manager, a role he has held since 2020.

His journey is a testament to perseverance, humility, and passion—proving that when you truly love what you do, growth and success will follow.
