Another day, another coffee.
But this one tastes a little different.

As an OFW, I'm here abroad with my wife — we're building a life, working hard, doing our best every day. But today, I woke up missing my kids more than usual. They’re grown up now, doing their own thing, living their own lives. And that’s what we always wanted for them — independence, opportunities, a future.

But sometimes, I miss the little things:
The noise.
The mess.
The quiet moments of just being in the same room together, even without saying a word.
That feeling of "home" that no passport stamp or salary figure can ever replace.

This is the side of OFW life not everyone sees. We chase dreams across oceans but leave pieces of our hearts back home.

Still, I keep going.
Because love also means sacrifice.
