Job Description

1. Providing personalized secretarial and administrative support to the executive in a professional and timely manner. Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.
2. Maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays, and vacations
3. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
4. Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
5. Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
6. Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
7. Take minutes of the meeting, accurately enter notes and distribute
8. Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
9. Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.

Job Responsibility:
• Safely and timely drive the employer to work and back, and to occasions
• Safely drive the employer’s relatives, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer
• Ensure that the car is clean at all times by washing both its inside and outside parts
• Carry out a routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition
• Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder the smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary
• Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take
• Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car(s)
• Keep a travel log to record locations traveled to, travel time, and work hours
• Carry out other assignments that may be given by the employer.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience is required
• Knowledgeable in Makati Area
