National Competitiveness Council - Philippines The official account of the National Competitiveness Council. Promoting Public-Private Sector Partnership towards Global Competitiveness.

The National Competitiveness Council (NCC) is a public-private sector council formed in October 2006 by the virtue of Presidential Executive Order No. 571, amended in June of 2011 through EO No. 44. It is composed of cabinet secretaries and leaders from the business sector, which aims to promote and build up country's competitiveness. It is headed by DTI Secretary Gregory Domingo as Co-Chair for Public Sector and Mr.Guillermo Luz as Co-Chair for the Private Sector.
