Overruns Meaning, factory rejects that were not being sold by the company are brought to a warehouse. The defects are not obvious and you may not even notice them at all . Returns are accepted only when the item is grossly misrepresented. Refunds will be made through BDO BANK DEPOSIT ONLY. ALL shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.
