Q: Can a police officer's wife may claim/request a separation check of his salary to the PNP?
A: Yes, but it depends on the police officer who is employed if he permit the finance office for the separation check and if the salary or net take home pay is not less than 8K.
Q: Is the Women's Desk or any PNP has authority to restrain the police officer to have a loan even if requested by wife not to?
A: No, we don't have authority. specially if the said loan is took to other private lending company but, if the loan acquired to a lending company which is connected with PNP it's yes however, only if the said police officer Net Take Home Pay is not less than 8k a month.
Q: Can a wife may file Barangay Protection Order (BPO) even she is not Physically Abuse?
A: Yes, if she is emotionally/psychologically abuse as she is fear/ scared and uncomfortable with the presence of the husband.
Q: Can a wife file a complaint of RA 9262 even if she's not physically abuse?
A: Yes. as long as she is economic and psychological Abuse.
Q: What would be the evidence to support on psychological Abuse?
A: The wife Testimony and Psychological evaluation result.
