Friend: Kuha ako insurance, nadiagnose kasi ako ng sakit.

Unfortunately, you can only apply for insurance while you are still healthy. Wag na antayin na may maramdaman na sakit kasi by the time you realize you need insurance, it may be too late kasi idedecline na ang coverage once may finding na ng sakit.

If you have existing coverage, also ask yourself, is it enough? How much na ba magkasakit ngayon? If someone is depending on you for education, is your insurance coverage enough para maituloy nila ang buhay nila if may mangyari sayo?

Then it happened.

Today, I still can’t believe that I have delivered to my client her 1,000,000 (1M) Critical Illness Benefit (CIB) Claim. Tumulo na lang ang luha nya nung malaman nyang APPROVED na ang claim nya.

Are you one of those people who have this same reasoning? Or do you often hear this from other people?

FROM 6K to 1 MILLION

“The insured was the wife of my close friend who got her first Life Insurance policy on March 2020 when she was 7 MONTHS PREGNANT, their firstborn. For the past 4 years, we have always talked about the importance of preparing for the future but somehow it was pushed back to prioritize bills such as mortgage payments, and other expenses.

Finally, last year, they decided to secure the future of their upcoming child since they will be starting a family. She was so happy that she got approved for her first life insurance policy.

TWO MONTHS INTO THE POLICY, after giving birth to a healthy baby girl, the insured died of unexpected complications. As the husband tries to recover from the loss of her beloved wife, her legacy lives on with their daughter and the fund to help secure her future. The husband, as her beneficiary, received a Php 1 Million death claim benefit from her policy.

Client: Ang dami pa kasi naming bayarin.

Me: Oh I understand, huwag kang mag alala ramdam na ramdam ko rin yan. Pero diba di naman natatapos yung mga bayarin natin?

Nadadagdagan pa nga sa totoo lang habang tumatanda tayo.

Pero ang pinagkaiba kapag may Life Insurance ka, may peace of mind ka na whatever happens sa'yo, yung mga bayarin na sinasabi mo, ay di na masyado poproblemahin ng pamilyang maiiwan mo.

Kapag kumuha ka ng Life Insurance ngayon, di ko naman sinasabi na mababawasan ang bills mo, may bills ka pa rin pero insured ka.

Pili ka client, dun sa maraming bills na insured o sa marami lang bills?

Client: Anu ba kailangan dyan, nasan na ba yung forms na pipirmahan?!?

Naalala mo nung kumuha ka ng first car mo na 20k monthly-ang mindset mo kakayanin mo. Kaya kinakaya mo. 🚗

Yung life insurance na 3,000 monthly 5 yrs pay lang - ang mindset mo ang mahal. Kaya until now hindi ka pa din insured. ☀️

Sometimes it's not about the right amount, it's about the right mindset. 🗝️

⭕ Turning P3,000 into P3,009.50 is called a BANK SAVINGS.
⭕ Turning P3,000 into P3,300 is called an INVESTMENT.

I remember a client once asked me: Mam trusted po ba ang Sunlife?
